Hahne & Company—"Hahne's" as it is popularly known—is a third department store in Newark and one of the largest in the state. With a history of more than 70 years of business it has progressed as the city has developed.
Some of its features, aside from a general merchandising business, are a model eight-room suite, a budget bureau and shopping service.
